The sleep in space.

Today we done a story slideshow about a chimp going to space.

We needed to make a slidshow to learn our times tables.            

Sport's day fun.

Today we had a Year 5 and 6 sports day. There was netball, tennis, volleyball, basketball, street hockey and dodgeball. It was the start of spring, it was so much fun. We also made a video.

We also needed to use honesty, kindness, respect and self management. My team used all of those. The games were fun and we had 6 people in our team. My most favorite game was netball, dodgeball, basketball and street hockey.

I Saw something It was scary it was Cane my trainer I miss you are you alright Cane, Cane said yes i’m all right. Bob said what happened here Cane said there was a war. There was bombs and tanks. How was it in space he said Bob said not good I was all alone cane I miss cane said I miss you too he was sad and then Cane put him in a zoo bob said I thought you missed me Cane I guess you don’t. Then He got taken from the zoo Thwack he got put into a small cold room were am I he said. Then he heard footsteps and voices It sounded like Cane’s and he said Is that you cane he came into the room He said yes I could not leave you in there alone I thought you will never come back for me. Cane said I miss you will always be my friend it was hard to keep you in space is this a dream no it isn't. Can you stay with me for ever until I die please you are like my dad but you're not you’re my trainer. You don’t want me to live with you are just my friend. I really missed you left me in space for 65 years and you did not care about me when I was in space. You’re not my trainer anymore because you don’t care about me. Please can I be your trainer  again yes I missed you.

10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 BOOM. In 1961 bob got launched into space,  so he can see how safe it is for astronauts. He has a photo of his trainer and Bob. He was asleep for 65 years in space because the humans wanted to know how someone would stay up there for all that time. This chimp was like a human

He was all alone in space he could see the milky way looks beautiful and the colours look pretty White, pink, purple and green and stars look purpley blue and he felt sad because he missed his trainer. I saw the ruby red sun I can see the beautiful green ,purple and white stars and the stars looked like Diamonds in a princess's tiara. He was going through the atmosphere.

Then he felt happy when he saw the earth it was green and blue  and he was reaching out for it. It was getting bumpy in the capsule. He was getting ready to land in earth and the capsule was going on fire!  It was going so fast and getting so hot

The capsule was landing with a parachute. Then he heard a thump and a bump.

Now he is sad because there is nothing left and the Earth look’s like a desert.

Sports Day.

16	Why is she always on our team?	I think that emma is sad and she felt that they didn’t want her on their team.
17	“He’d told me” “He said”	She believes her grandad. She is trying to be calm.
18	“Keep calm” whispered Grandad.	It’s his spirit.
21	Her Grandad's Honey jar is all finished.	She is really sad and her grandad's honey jar will bring her good luck.
22	“Useless”	She is feeling sad and lonely because her teammates were saying mean words about her.
